A great supplemental for lean protein

I have been eager to get rabbit for some time now. I have already tried the cat food for quail and the one for salmon. And while this isn't explicitly a cat food (and why it's a supplement/mixer) for a cat balanced diet, I am so happy I bought this for my little man's protein rotation. Evangers is a quality brand I trust, and it seems like no matter which one I try my it's a hit with my cat. So if you want to try rabbit since it's a more novel, lean meat variety, I'd definitely recommend this one. At least Leo seems to approve, and so do I as well.

WOW! FINALLY something for a Highly Allergic Cat

For the past year, I've been trying to find a cat food for my Ginger girl. I've always fed grain-free. Well, Nov 2018 Ginger scratched herself raw, so I immediately took her to the vet. We figured chicken was a culprit. The hydrolyzed diet didn't work. I went through a number of other limited ingredients diets. She's allergic to all poultry and some fish. I hadn't found a food that eliminated the poultry and fish completely, forcing me to take her for an allergy shot every 3 months. I have 2 other cats and I was giving them all Fromme Beef (great food, but still some chicken in the ingredients). I found Evanger's as I am trying to be mindful of my cat food budget (3 cats is a lot to feed on a high-end food). The food arrived yesterday. I gave them a little bit to try. Wow, Ginger went crazy all over it. She LOVES it. One other likes it and one smelled it and walked away, but later came back. This morning she was doubly excited that she jumped into the utility sink that I had set the bag in to measure out. I'm only in the first week, but I think this is the solution I've been hoping for for nearly a hear. I hope to not have to take Ginger to the vet for more shots. Crossing my fingers.

Upon opening this bag, I gave my cat a few pieces to see how he liked it, and he ate it right up. Maybe take that with a grain of salt, because he'd eat anything if you let him, but I'd still highly recommend! I'll be curious to see in a few weeks if it has any negative effects, like if his coat changes, but on taste alone, it's a hit. No stomach upset for him either.
